As 45 per cent of elected officials are new to their role, this event will act as a great opportunity to network with your counterparts and learn from them.
The event will include welcome remarks by AMM President Kam Blight, ministerial greetings on behalf of the provincial government, and a panel discussion featuring four female municipal elected officials. The dialogue will explore strategies to ensure all voices are equally represented around the Council table, while underscoring the importance of mentorship opportunities and how we can all work together to help influence and encourage leaders to drive change.

Delegates registered for the AMM Spring Convention do not need to pay for this event but must register as seating is limited. Cancellations will not be accepted.
$50 plus GST per person. AMM will invoice following the event.
