New AMM Vice-President

The AMM Board of Directors is pleased to announce Director Mel Klassen, Mayor, Town of Altona is the AMM’s new Vice-President. Mel was elected during a special meeting of the Board on July 30.

He joins Vice-President Ralph Groening and President Chris Goertzen on the AMM’s Executive, which will serve until the AMM Annual Convention in November of 2016.

The resulting vacancy will be filled by a special meeting of the Central District during the upcoming AMM Annual Convention in November of 2015.  The new Director shall serve on the Board for the remainder of the unexpired term of the vacant directorship, which in this case will be June of 2017.
