Tenders must be submitted by Friday October 13th, 2023 4 p.m. to the Dominion City municipal office in a sealed envelope marked “Tender” with item description printed on the outside and contain the following information:
a. Name, address, phone number and email of person submitting tender
b. Description of Equipment/Item
c. Amount of Tender Bid
• Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
• Purchaser responsible for all legal/transfer costs.
• Properties & items sold as is. 2023 taxes shall be pro-rated based on purchase date for property tenders.
• If tender is accepted payment must be received by October 20th and item picked up by October 27th. Failure to pay for or pick up item may result in the item being re-tendered or another tender being accepted.
