Public Works-Utility Operator: Full-time & start ASAP
(45 hr week summer & 40 hr week winter)

Details:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Operate/ maintain equipment, buildings & properties including utility (Small System Class II Water Treatment, Class I Water Collection/ Distribution & Wastewater system
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required (minimum)
• Valid Utility Operator’s Certificates or willing to obtain, along with other training as it arises
• Possess electrical, mechanical working aptitudes and basic computer skills
• Confirm related experience and willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, as required for on-call coverage and emergencies
• Current Criminal Records check and Driver’s Abstract required of the successful candidate, along with a Medical Exam report (if required by license)
• Rate of pay dependent upon experience & qualifications
