Under the direction of the Public Works Manager, the Project Manager is an “out of scope” position responsible for coordinating departmental projects and developing plans, assisting in the supervision of employees, ensuring efficient day to day operations, responding to ratepayers and customer inquiries, recommending changes to R.M. by-laws and policies, provide water treatment services to public water utility, and conduct other work as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have Certified Engineering Technologist credentials, experience in supervising others, project planning and administration and knowledge of construction or municipal operations. The individual will be able to work with a high level of independence to establish priorities and action work objectives.
