June District Meetings
June 11-15, 20 & 21, 2012
The AMM June District Meetings are a series of meetings held throughout the province
in each one of the AMM's districts. These meetings provide
the AMM membership with information about current policies,
issues, and actions undertaken by the organization.
Speakers are also scheduled to address timely issues
that are of concern to the AMM membership.

Did you Know?
The deadline for resolutions for
June District Meetings is:
***June 1, 2012***
All resolutions must be submitted to the
AMM office prior to June 1st for consideration
at this year’s June District
Meeting. Resolutions received after this
date will be considered post-June District
Meeting resolutions and will be
dealt with through that process.
All resolutions, regardless
of
when they are submitted, must be passed by council.
When submitting resolutions, please indicate if they are for your District Meeting or for information only. Also remember:

We have moved to a Category system (Category 1, 2 or 3)

Only emerging issues may be raised after the June District Meetings
-
Resolutions the same as the current AMM lobbying position will not be permitted when the existing resolution is less than four years old. Resolutions calling for a change in the current AMM position will be permitted.
