In the new millennium the speed of change is constantly manipulating our 0rganizational success or failure. As a leader functioning in a climate that necessitates evolutionary thinking, the need to be strategic often determines the winners and losers in the very demanding public service sector. What separates the two may well be your ability to think strategically. This valuable one‐day presentation provides leaders with an opportunity to explore new ways to make those important decisions needed to guide the success and the growth of your municipality. By the end of this session you will be better able to:

• Recognize the value of Leadership Thinking
• Better understand Strategy and Strategic Thinking
• Forecast Trends and identify Patterns that influence the need for change
• Connect Decision Making with Problem Solving and desired Results.
