Joe Masi
Executive Director
Joe coordinates the overall activities and business affairs of the AMM. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors, and ensures that the AMM by-laws, policies and procedures are maintained. Joe is proactive in responding to the on-going changes in Municipal Government to ensure that the AMM continually evolves to meet its mandate.

Linda Hargest
Director of Administration and Marketing
Linda manages the administrative and financial procedures for the AMM and MTCML. Linda is also responsible for overseeing the Event and Education planning.

Denys Volkov
Director of Policy and Communications
Denys coordinates and develops the lobbying activities of the AMM, and oversees the preparation of the written materials and research activities for the AMM lobbying strategies. Denys is also responsible for coordinating the resolutions process and the communication strategy of the AMM.

Julia Green
Administrative Assistant - Board and Administration
Julia provides administrative support to the AMM; coordinates Board activities; compiles the Salary Survey; and handles phone and email inquiries.

Lynne Bereza
Communications Coordinator
Lynne oversees the AMM website; the quarterly magazine, The Municipal Leader; the AMM annual report; and the bi-monthly news bulletin. Lynne also assists in marketing AMM Events, the Education Program and the MTCML.

Finance Coordinator
Patti is responsible for the invoicing and accounting of both the AMM and MTCML. She is also responsible for taking and shipping any orders to municipalities.

Administrative Assistant - Policy & Communications
Erika provides administrative support to the AMM Policy & Communications department, manages databases, prepares reports and presentations, and assists with research of issues.

Lindsay Thomson
Senior Policy Analyst
Lindsay provides in-depth research and analysis of key municipal issues across provincial and federal departments. Lindsay drafts AMM position papers, provides content for the AMM magazine and assists with the AMM resolutions process.

Donna Belbin
Events Coordinator
Donna assists in the planning and organizing of the AMM Annual Convention, June District Meetings, Municipal Officials Seminar, AMM Education Program, Mayors, Reeves and CAO meetings, Municipal District meetings, and other special events.
